Cemcrete features prominently in the bathrooms and as accent walls behind the beds, along the staircase, and at the fireplace. These elements add texture and depth while maintaining a neutral, understated aesthetic.

The open-plan living area connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, creating an easy flow for entertaining and family living. The kitchen is modern and functional, with a large island that doubles as a social hub. Subtle colour accents, such as the green-toned tiles, introduce warmth without overpowering the space.
