Portfolio images, concepts, finishes, layouts and styling examples are illustrative. Actual products, finishes, availability, pricing, dimensions and project outcomes may differ.

  1. ENQUIRIES, CONSULTATIONS AND QUOTATIONS

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a contract or appointment.  A contract or appointment will only arise when the parties have agreed the scope, fees, payment terms and other relevant terms in writing.

Quotations, proposals or estimates are valid only for the period stated in the relevant quotation or proposal.  If no period is stated, the quotation or proposal should be confirmed before acceptance.

  1. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Services may include design consultations, space planning, drawings, concepts, mood boards, layouts, specifications, sourcing, procurement assistance, styling, contractor coordination or other services agreed in writing.

Project timelines and availability may depend on client approvals, site access, supplier lead times, stock availability, contractor availability, changes to scope, weather, site conditions and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Design concepts, drawings, layouts, schedules, specifications and related material remain the intellectual property of Carina Meyer Interior Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.  The client may use final approved deliverables for the project for which they were prepared, subject to payment and the terms agreed in writing.

  1. PRICING, SCOPE CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL WORK

Prices may change due to supplier increases, stock availability, exchange rate fluctuations, transport costs, project delays, scope changes, site conditions or client-requested changes. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

The client is responsible for checking and approving the agreed scope, quotation, product selections, finishes, quantities and any exclusions before work proceeds.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payments terms will be set out in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal or client agreement. Late or non-payment may result in delayed project delivery, suspension of services, release of deliverables being withheld, or additional costs where permitted by law and agreed in writing.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS

Carina Meyer Interior Design may recommend or coordinate with suppliers, contractors, installers or service providers.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any separate agreement with suppliers or contractor is between the client and the supplier or contractor.

We are not responsible for third-party workmanship, product warranties, delivery delays, supplier pricing changes, stock shortages, delivery delays, installation defects or third-party acts or omissions, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. CLIENT APPROVALS AND MEASUREMENTS

The client remains responsible for final approval of designs, dimensions, layouts, finishes, colours, quantities, appliances, furniture, fittings and specifications before ordering, manufacture or installation.  Where site measurements are required, final measurements should be verified before manufacture or ordering.

  1. EXTARNAL LINKS

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or suppliers.  These links are provided for convenience only.  We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security or terms of third-party websites.

  1. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal information and cookies are handled.
