This project combines timeless finishes with warm textures to create a relaxed and contemporary home. The kitchen features white shaker-style cabinetry paired with white quartz countertops, while the island with a wood top adds warmth and contrast to the space. A pitched ceiling with large pendant lighting enhances the sense of volume and creates a striking focal point in the open-plan living area.

A facebrick feature wall behind the TV introduces texture and character, complementing the natural and neutral finishes used throughout the home. Light grey Cemcrete flooring was used in the living areas and bathrooms for a seamless, modern feel, while wood-look vinyl flooring in the bedrooms adds warmth and comfort.

The main bathroom was designed with a calm, spa-like atmosphere in mind. Light Cemcrete flooring is contrasted with darker Cemcrete accent walls behind the freestanding bath and shower to create depth and visual impact. The open-plan main bedroom and ensuite bathroom further enhance the spacious and contemporary feel of the home.
