I assisted with the design and selection of finishes for the upgrade of a primary school boys’ ablution facility, with a focus on durability, hygiene, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Grey tiles were used as the primary finish to create a timeless and low-maintenance space, while a touch of blue behind the basins adds a subtle, playful element appropriate for the age group. A single solid surface basin was incorporated to achieve a seamless, streamlined look that is both practical and easy to maintain.

High-quality sanitary ware was specified throughout to ensure longevity and reliable daily use in a high-traffic environment. The result is a well-considered space that balances functionality with a fresh, contemporary feel.
